Allison Oakes

Allison Oakes is a 10th-grade student and is celebrating her 13th year dancing at Dance Expressions, where she began at just 3 years old. Throughout her time at the studio, she has had the honor of serving as an officer and co-captain of Tiny Expressions, co-captain and captain of Mini Expressions, and most recently, captain of the Junior Expressions Elite team.
Since 2019, Allison has enjoyed performing as a soloist, embracing every opportunity to express herself through dance. She is grateful to all of her past choreographers and would especially like to thank Reagan Downey for always believing in her, challenging her, and encouraging her to reach her full potential.
Outside of dance, Allison enjoys spending time with her friends and family, reading, watching movies, making crafts, and hanging out with her two dogs.
Allison would like to thank all of her coaches for their guidance, support, and dedication. She truly believes they are the best of the best, and it has been an honor to learn from each of them. She would also like to give a special thank you to Miss Lori for always being there for her throughout the years. Finally, she wants to thank her teammates for their friendship and support—you are a big part of what makes Dance Expressions feel like home.
