Alyssa Holderman

Alyssa is a senior at Butler High School. She has been dancing since she was three years old and will be celebrating her 15th year with the studio this season. Alyssa has been a competition soloist and team member since first grade. Alyssa has been a member of the Tiny, Mini, Junior, and Senior Expressions teams and has held multiple leadership roles on each team. During her sophomore year, Alyssa began teaching classes at the studio and choreographing and mentoring for other soloists/dancers. She has earned many a title from various studio competitions including top performance out of an entire weekend of competition with Platinum Dance.
At Butler, Alyssa is a member of the National Honor Society and Octagon Club. Through her membership with these two organizations (and Dance Expressions), she has gotten the opportunity to participate in numerous community service projects. Alyssa was also a member of Butler Kickline during her freshman and sophomore school years.
Alyssa would like to thank all her dance teachers, coaches, and choreographers throughout her time at the studio. They have all played a special role in developing Alyssa’s talent and love for dance. She is forever grateful for the opportunities she has been given and their belief and support in her on and off the stage.
